[21p-234A-12] DNA damage of living cells caused by irradiating blue laser light

In this study, to examine the effect of blue light on living cells we observed the dynamics of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) after irradiating blue laser light. Accumulation of PCNA was observed at irradiated regions of blue laser light, indicating that the DNA damage was induced by the irradiation with blue laser light.
