Dynamics of water content in a biological tissue is important information of a biological activity.We verified a quantitative measurement method of water content distributed in a biological tissue using the dual-wavelength spectral domain optical coherence tomography and Beer-Lambert law.In this paper, we have constructed a system for simultaneous acquisition of dual-wavelength images, which are different water absorption characteristics, and verified their imaging characteristics.
