We have developed a measurement technique of the resonant photoelectron spectroscopy (PES) in hard x-ray region with tunable photon energy. The resonant hard x-ray PES (r-HAXPES) is a powerful tool for investigation of the valence fluctuation mechanism in strong correlated compounds and so on. It was required the controlling system of whole optical elements with undulator gap, double crystal monochromator, high-resolution channel cut, and Kirkpatrick-Baez (K-B) mirror. The resonant HAXPES technique enable us to analyze chemical bonding states in bulk and buried interface with element, orbital, and valence selectivity.
