[21p-438-7] Thermoelectric properties of layered mixed anion compounds with CuTe layers

We successfully synthesized new layered mixed anion compounds as potential candidates for thermoelectric materials. New materials, Sr₂TMCu₂Te₂O₂ (TM = Mn, Co, Zn), were synthesized by solid state reaction or high pressure synthesis. The new materials whose TM is Co shows 100 µV K^-1 of Seebek coefficient at around 800 K. The detailed result were discussed on the presentation.
