[21p-CE-3] LTCC Materials and Process Technologies for Wireless Communication

LTCC materials and process are promising technologoies for wireless communication devices such as smart phones and so on because they have contributed to minimizing devices' size and reducing their electric loss. LTCC materials can be co-fired with low resistive metal, Cu or Ag, and other functional materials. Three material systems and process technologies developed and industrialized will be introduced in this session.
