The measurement and precise control of phase of the radiation field of plasmonic structures is essencial to realize nanoanntenas with high directionality. Cathodoluminacence (CL) of Electron microscopy is valid for Nanoscale imaging of electric field distribution. In this research, we aim to get the information of phase of plasmonic modes by the measurement and analysis of the electric field distribution of the interference between radiation field and referenced field.
