[17a-B203-10] Fabrication of VCSEL using spontaneous emission for high-efficiency optical wireless power transmission

A VCSEL that uses laser light and spontaneous emission light was fabricated. Light output and efficiency increase were observed by extracting spontaneously emitted light. We pointed out the possibility that reduction of heat generation by extrating spontaneous emission was also affected in this improvement.
