[17a-B301-8] Growth and ferroelectric properties of K_1-xNa_xNbO₃ crystals by directional solidification

Ferroelectric K_1-xNa_xNbO₃:KNN crystals, which is complete solid solution of KNbO₃ and NaNbO₃, were grown by directional solidification. It was found that KNN crystalized along the liquidus in a phase diagram of complete sold solution of KNbO₃-NaNbO₃.
