Keywords:Gender Equality, Young Researchers, Issues on Post-doctoral Researchers

For Japan's science and technology capabilities to be maintained at a high level, it is necessary for as many researchers as possible to be active in the right place. However, their research activity is often not brought out sufficiently due to repetition of short-term post-doc employment in different research project, and/or suspended or canceled by various life events such as event childcare or nursing care. In this symposium, we will discuss multifaceted discussions on these issues and seek solutions for young researchers to promote their success.
