[17p-A402-5] Optical Beam-steering Device using by EO-Polymer Plasmonic Phase-Modulator Arrays

We are proposing the optical beam-steering device using by the phased-array-waveguide that is arranged with multiple phase modulators based on a metal-electrooptic polymer-metal plasmonic waveguide. The feature of the proposed device is to be able to control the angle of output kight freely between ±40 degrees or more by the applied voltages. Additionnally, we report on the designed device characteristics.
