We have developed a fiber amplifier at 813 nm by using Tm3+-doped ZBLAN fiber. Tm3+-doped ZBLAN fiber is up-conversion-pumped by using a 1050 nm-Yb fiber laser and a 1220 nm-Raman fiber laser, and higher slope efficiensy is obtained compared with 1064 nm single frequency pumping. A fluorophosphate fiber is spliced with end-facet of ZBLAN fiber, which will improve the stable long-term operation of the high power MOPA system.
