We reported that restoration of GO occurs at 580 ℃ using a hot W filament and restoration speed depends on temperature of the hot filament. Here, we measured in-situ conductivity change of GO at various substrate temperatures to elucidate the restoration mechanism and to achieve the synthesis at lower temperature. As a result, we found that GO was restored even at 480 ℃. Furthermore, we calculated the activation energy of the reaction between GO and active species from methane was about 0.93 eV that is much lower than that in chemical vapor deposition on Cu.
