[17p-C202-6] Deposition of Nano Graphene Oxide by Electrophoresis II

We have developed a new preparation method of nano graphene from graphene oxide (GO) to elucidate the properties of nano graphene. We reported that we had succeeded in deposition of many nano GO sheets on Si substrate at once by an electrophoresis method. However, large GO sheets (more than 100 nm) were also deposited simultaneously. We have improved the preparation and deposition method of Nano GO. As a result, we achieved the elimination of the large ones; More than 99 % deposited GO sheets were smaller than 100 nm. We are going to report the new synthesis method of Nano GO and discuss how some parameters in the electrophoresis method affect the deposition.
