We have demonstrated a reduction of driving voltage of OLEDs by utilizing an organic-inorganic perovskite host layer with high carrier mobility. From the OLEDs, we obtained external quantum efficiency, which is higher than a calculated value. This is because a TADF process and/or a recycling process of triplet excited states via free charge carriers exist in our OLEDs.
