▲ [17p-D104-6] Waveguide structure effect and spin transparency in spin-torque ferromagnetic resonance measurements
Keywords:Spin current generation, Spin-torque ferromagnetic resonance, Spin transparency
Spin current is so important concept in spintronics from the view of fundamental physics and the application, and intensively studied. the current can be generated via spin-orbit coupling in materials, and measured by several methods. Spin-torque ferromagnetic resonance is one of the most useful method for the spin current detection. In this presentation, I will discuss waveguide structure effect on the measurement and spin transparency at an interface between materials for evaluating genuine spin Hall angle of Pt.
