△ [17p-F102-15] Development of High Performance SnTe Thermoelectric Material by Application of Experimental Database

We considered that the large scale experimental database was effective for supplementing the intuition and experience of researchers. We have constructed experimental database with the composition and thermoelectric properties of Pb-(Te,Se,S) and SnTe thermoelectric materials of 453 samples. We improved the efficiency of searching for high performance thermoelectric materials by searching for unexploited composition by this experimental database and first-principle calculation. We found I-doped SnTe was a promising thermoelectric material with ZT~1.19.
