Keywords:single molecule

Measurement of electrical conductivity of metal / single molecule / metal junction (single molecular junction) is widely performed, but it is difficult to obtain information on the junction interface. In this study, we measured the current-voltage characteristics of a single molecule junction and estimated the cross-linking structure of the molecule by fitting the measurement results using a theoretical equation.
