[17p-P10-69] Fabrication and characterization of all-spinel structured magnetic tunneling junctions

Previously, we reported that a spinel structured barrier can be obtained by oxidizing Mg and Al thin films on magnetite. However, spinel structure can not be maintained when increasing its thickness in that way. We studied the way to make spinel structured barrier by RF magnetron sputtering. Moreover, we made a magnetic tunneling junction and evaluated the current-voltage property.
