[17p-P10-70] Vector network analyzer ferromagnetic resonance with field differential detection

We built a vector network analyzer ferromagnetic resonance having a modulation coil for field differential detection, and demonstrated a significant signal-to-noise ratio improvement. We also estimated the Gilbert damping parameter from the slope of the phase of the complex S-parameter with respect to the bias field, and showed it is in fact more robust against noises than the conventional algorithm based on the spectral linewidth.
