[17p-P10-76] Magneto-Optical Cavity Effect on Perpendicular Magnetic [CoPt/AZO] Multilayers
Keywords:perpendicular magnetic, magneto-optical cavity, chemical and biological sensor
A huge magneto-optical (MO) Kerr rotation angle can be obtained by an optical interference (cavity) effect on perpendicular magnetic multilayers consisting of [half mirror/MO interference/total reflection] stacked structure. The MO cavity effect is suitable for chemical and biological sensors because of the surface sensitivity. In this research, we propose a large MO effect and low saturation magnetic field on the MO interference layer consisting of [CoPt/AZO] multilayered structure.
