▲ [17p-P10-92] Modeling synchronization of spin-torque oscillators consisting of perpendicularly magnetized free layer and in-plane magnetized pinned layer

We investigate the phase synchronization of spin-torque oscillators (STOs) consisting of perpendicularly magnetized free layer and in-plane magnetized pinned layers. We develp models of the coupling in the parallel and series circuits, and solve the equations of motions of the magnetizations by taking into account the current injection through the connector. It is found that the parallel connection leads to an in-phase synchronization, whereas the series circuti leads to the antiphse synchronization.
