The beat motion of the heart synchronizes by asymmetric propagation of an electrical pulse generated in the sinoatrial node towards ventricles. This requires asymmetric distribution of cardiomyocyte cells in the heart. We have investigating the formation of such asymmetric distribution cardiomyocyte cells in a primary culture in response to mechanical stimulation by multi-probes on a dish.
