Keywords:hydrogen sensor, Pd alloy

In order to improve the hydrogen sensor using ferromagnetic PdCo alloy, magentic susceptibilityies of Ag additive PdCo alloy adn its response to hydrogen were investigated. the magentic susceptibility of PdCo Ag alloy decerased with increasing Ag addition, while the dependence of the magnetic susceptibilty on hydrogen amount was not change qualitatively by Ag addition. By the incerase of Co addition in PdCoAg alloy, the PdCoAg alloy showed less dependent of its magnetic susceptibility on hydrogen amount at low hydrogen partial pressure.
