[17p-P5-14] Uniformity of Nanoparticles Deposited Using the Sandwitch Freeze Drying Method

We have proposed ``sandwich method'' - a freeze drying technique, which provides an on-substrate high-density dispersion of mostly isolated nanoparticles. Applying this method to a bimodal silica suspension with a known size distribution and measuring the obtained sample with AFM, we examined its uniformity. The result showed the applicability of the samdwich method to the statistical study of nanoparticles.
