Keywords:sensor chip, spinodal dewetting

Searching for a more productive process of substance adsorptive type plasmonic sensor chips, we found that particulate microstructure caused by spinodal dewetting basd on spin coating process could be used for a sensor chip preparation. In this research, we prepared a submicron scale particulate structure by the spin coating. And we evaluated the scattering characteristics depending on the peripheral refractive index changes to estimate the sensing functionality of the particulate structures.
