Microfluidic channel play an important role in medical and biological technology. The structure of microfluidic channels are designed as a different pattern in every production. Therefore, it is expected that realization of many kinds of small quantities of micro fluidic channels. Most of present fabrication technology of microfluidic channels are injection molding of metal molds. Thus it is difficult to achieve many kinds of small quantities. In this study, it is presented fabrication technology of microfluidic channel using cross diffusion at polymerization of photopolymer.
