We developed a simple method of forming beta-type PVDF films by applying and annealing PVDF powder with a polar solvent. Using this method, we have fabricated Ag wire-embedded PVDF flexible pressure sensors and succeeded in detection of a very weak pressure. In this presentation, we also show analysis results of this sensor structures and response curves.
