Optical component of LNOI (LN on insulator) is promising device for downsizing and low-power operation. The driver circuit for optical components, such as optical modulator with LN, is also prefered to operate at low-power, high-driverability and high-speed under small circuit area.
This paper presents low-power and small-area driver circuit for LN optical modulator with intrewoven inductors in 0.18um standard CMOS.
