[18a-C103-5] Thermoelectric Device of Bismuth Telluride-Conductive Polymer Composite

Koji Miyazaki1 (1.Kyushu Inst. Tech.)

Keywords:thermoelectricity, printed device, energy harvesting

The electricity can be generated by thermoelectric device even at low temperature due to the advantage of direct energy conversion. The thermoelectricity is one of important technologies for energy harvesting. In addition to the high ZT, flexibility and low costs of the device are the important factors for the practical use of the thermoelectric device in energy harvesting. We intend to solve the issues by using a printing method with organic-inorganic composite.
