We proposed new physical model for evaluating correlation between absorption and carrier mobility anisotropy which treat structure of aligned film as a secondary coefficient of orientation order parameters, utilizing quantum chemical calculation method. We first experimentally measured both absorption and carrier mobility anisotrpy and their correlation, then confirmed that the suggested physical model can fit the experimental results. As a summary by the methods of experiment and computation, we made sure that the suggested pyisical model is effective evaluation method not only for optical anisotropy but also for anisotropy and maximun value of carrier mobility.
