The Si/Ge/Au amorphous superlattice thin films showed the superior thermoelectric power (> 30 mV•K-1). This superior thermoelectric power originated to the nano-dots generated during annealing. This generation process is complicated and not clarified in details. However, it has also been found that the strong gravity has remarkable influence. In this experiments, we have focused the effects of strong gravity on the state of the calcination of Au, Ge, Si mixed fine powders.
