[18a-G205-5] Crystal Structure Analysis in Molecular Oriented Thin Film of Pentyl-substituted Phthalocyanine Fabricated by Bar-coating Method with Seed Crystal

Uniaxially oriented thin films of pentyl-substituted phthalocyanine (C5PcH2) were prepared by bar-coating, and the molecular alignment and crystal structure were measured by the grazing incidence wide-angle X-ray scattering technique. α-type and β-type crystals in the thin film selectively grew by using the seed crystals of α-type and β-type C5PcH2, respectively. Non-reported crystal structure appeared when the thin film was fabricated without seed crystals, and the molecular packing structure was estimated from the peak intensity ratio of the X-ray diffraction image.
