[18a-P8-2] Ligand effects on PbS Colloidal Quantum Dot Assemblies and Electronic Performances

Colloidal quanutm dots are composed with a semiconductor core and an organic ligand shell. Thus, different ligands could lead to different assemblies and electronic transport performances of quanutm dots core. Here, we chose several short chain acids based ligands and carefully studied its electronic tranport behavior and assembly perpropties. We found that all the carboxylate acid based ligands lead to a p-type doping behavior.
