Single ohoton source is architectural elemental technology of the quantum communication environment that is the security based on the quantum-mechanical principle and electric power saving. We have fabricated Quantum-Dot-in-Fiber (QDinF) which is quantum dot (QD) equipped with single-mode optical fiber (SMF). Here we report an inspection result using 12 core SMF array for parallel driving of the single photon source.
