Keywords:capacitor, manganese dioxide, honeycomb films

We had prepared the capacitor electrodes using porous-MnO2 particles, however the capacitor electrodes showed low performance due to the MnO2 particles are in several micro sizes. In this paper, we have fabricated honeycomb structured films with MnO2 nanoparticles for capacitor electrodes. In addition, to improve the low conductivity of MnO2 itself, honeycomb films were coated by polypyrrole. Polypyrrole coated honeycomb film can solve the low conductivity and also can be expected to obtain the high performance capacitors.
