我々のグループは、比較的容易に溶液中のタンパク質の構造情報を得ることができる円二色性分光法を用いて、DNA損傷修復過程におけるヒストンの構造に関する研究を行っている。本講演では、DNA損傷を与えた細胞から抽出したヒストンの構造解析の結果を中心に我々の研究成果を紹介したい。
