We proposed all optical logic gate device which utilize nonlinear effects (XGM and FWM) of single SOA. At JSAP Autumn Meeting in 2017, we reported investigation of nonlinear effects of MQW-SOA and confirmation of XNOR logical operation with CW light inputs. This time we would like to report that we have achieved XNOR logical operation at 10Gbps speed by modifying nonlinear effects in MQW-SOA.
