For future supercomputer realization, we are studying adiabatic quantum flux parametron (AQFP) circuit. AQFP circuit propagates data using a transformer, but there is a problem that it is difficult to miniaturize the transformer. Therefore, based on the AQFP circuit, we propose inverting quantum flux parametron (iQFP) circuit which is an inverter gate without using a transformer. We report the simulation results of the iQFP circuit and the design progress toward the demonstration of the operation.
