The pattern plate have been used in combinatorial-PLD methods. In this study, REBCO high temperature superconducting thin films were fabricated using a pattern plate. We evaluated the surface morphology of the films, the superconducting properties in magnetic fields, and the shape of the self-assembled BHO nanorods and investigated the influence of the slope of the film thickness.
