REBCO superconductors with large amount of BMO indicate the low Tc but BaTbO3 (BTbO)-doped REBCO films indicate high-Tc over 90 K when the content were 0-20vol%. It is also reported that BTbO formed c-axis correlation pinning centers when the BTbO content increases. However, the shape of BTbO at an addition amount of ~10vol% has not been clarified. In this study, we focused on the in-plane shape of BTbO and investigated the in-plane anisotropy of flux pinning in BTbO-doped SmBCO films.
