The critical current characteristics of NdFeAs(O,F) is inferior to that of BaFe2As2 system, albeit the former has a higher Tc than the latter. Here we report on the pinning enhancement of a NdFeAs(O,F) thin film. A 20 nm thick NdFeAs(O,F) thin film showed a record pinning force density Fp of over 1 TN/m3 at 4.2 K. To the best of our knowledge, Fp over 1 TN/m3 is the highest value ever reported for iron based superconductors.
