The rapid evolution in electronic equipment has created a demand for advanced flexible, thin, and light-weighted devices. To produce wearable devices, we need to fabricate functional resin sheets that contain passive elements such as capacitors. By improving the conventional technique, we have established a technology for forming an electroceramic film with an excellent crystallinity and favorable electric properties on flexible polyimide sheet.
