THz Time-domain Spectroscopy (THz-TDS), which is the pulsing spectroscopy using femtosecond laser, can instantly measure the electric amplitude and phase. Therefore, the complex permitivity can be essentially obtained using these results without K-K relations and the electric properties of conductive materials applying Drude-model can be analyzed. Recently, we have noncontuctlly and nondesdestructively characterize the electric properties of semiconductor epitaxial layers. In this report, we present the THz analysis for grapehen, which was grown on cupper foil. transcribed on CaF2 single crystal. At first, we measured the transmitting properties of grapehen on CaF2 using THz-TDS and analyzed the electric properties by Drude-model. We found the possibility to analyze the electric properties of grapehen.
