Keywords:organic light emitting diodes, thermally activated delayed fluorescence, solution process

A thermally activated delayed fluorescence dendrimer doped in carbazole dendrimer host was employed as an emissive layer in the OLED device with fully solution processed organic layers. Green emission with the maximum external efficiency (EQEMAX) of 16.1% was achieved. The “all dendrimer host-guest emitting layer” is a new concept to allow fabrication of fully solution-processed TADF OLEDs.
