Keywords:spintronics, recurrent neural network, Reservoir computing

Brain-inspired computing mimicing complex and ultra-low-power computation of the brain has been studied. The computational models have been developed from neural networks consisting of neurons and synapses. We focused on highly non-linear dynamics of ferromagnetic spin and formed reservoir computing which is one of recurrent neural networks with spin torque oscillator. In the presentation, we present the evaluation results of the recurrent neural network and speech recognition experiment.
