△ [18p-F306-1] Antibody/MIP-Hybrid Materials Capable of Exosome Fluorescence Sensing
Keywords:exosomes, Molecular imprinting, Fluorescence detection
Extracellar vesicles called exosomes play important roles in intercellular communications. Exosomes contain various biomolecules such as proteins, microRNAs and mRNAs, and are involved in the pathogenesis of neurodegenerative diseases and the microenvironment formation for metastasis of cancers. Recently, many efforts have been made to use exosomes for diagnosis and drug delivery carriers for the treatment of diseases. In this study, antibody-associated molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) thin films for exosomes were prepared, and in-cavity site-specific introduction of fluorescent probes via post-imprinting modification was conducted for highly sensitive fluorescence detection of intact exosomes.
