Lead halide-based layered perovskites form a quantum well structure which lead halide semiconductor layer and organic ammonium layer are alternately piled up. In addition, we can prepare hybrid quantum wells having organic semiconductors as an organic layer; they are very attractive hybrid quantum wells where inorganic semicondcutor and organic semiconductor are combined. Here, we proposed preparation technique to construct hybrid quantum wells having bulky organic semiconductors as an organic layer.
