[18p-P15-9] Investigation of Sensitized Thermal Cell by Thermal Excited Carriers

We are investigating sensitized thermal cells (STC) which generate power from thermal energy by making use of a system of dye-sensitized solar cells. STCs work by using thermally exited electrons and holes instead of photo-excited hot carriers. In this report, a temperature dependence of the performance was measured by CH₃NH₃PbI₃-sensitized thermal cells and a mechanism of the power generation system of STC was considered.
