Although CH3NH3SnI3 attract much attention to develop Pb-free perovskite solar cell, there is serious problem for reduced photo-conversion efficiency. Several experimental results suggest that charge recombination around the defect at perovskite / oxide interface may play important role for the phenomenon. In this study, we have carried out first-principles calculation on the structure model include impurity elements belong to the oxide, and investigated the reason for reduced photo-conversion efficiency.
