[18p-P4-42] Optical properties and photoexcited carrier dynamics of CsPb(I/Br)3 perovskite quantum dots

A fully inorganic perovskite type mixed crystal CsPb(I/Br)3 nanocrystal was fabricated and the light absorption and luminescence characteristics of nanocrystals and the change of photoexcited carrier dynamics by reaction temperature were investigated. Light absorption and PL spectrum, PLQY and time resolved PL response were evaluated. The QY value increased with increasing synthesis temperature. From the result of fitting the PL response, it is found that the average lifetime of the photoexcited carriers is longer as the reaction temperature is higher, and the defect level and the nonradiative recombination resulting therefrom are reduced.
